The 3rd annual Holy City Guitar Series features classical guitarist Gregory Guay performing a dazzling Latin solo set followed by his new project, Caja De Cuerdas Latin Ensemble on March 25th at 5pm at the Pure Theater, 477 King Street, Charleston. Caja De Cuerdas (Box of Strings) was formed with Venezuelan musician Hector Salazar and will feature special guests Paul Ahrens (bass), Treg Monty (sax and flute) and more TBA.  The ensemble will bring together musicians of a diverse backgrounds in classical, jazz, and latin music.  The program features music from Brazil, Argentinian tangos, Mexico, and exciting new original original music. Several varieties of wines from South America will be available when the doors open and during intermission.
