For the second year, the Charleston Jewish Community Center and Without Walls Ministry will present “Let Your Little Light Shine,” a Hanukkah Gospel gathering and brunch on Sunday. Robin Shuler of Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim and Rossilind Daniels of Charity Missionary Baptist Church will lead a choir composed of vocalists from the secular, Christian and Jewish communities, singing both gospel and Jewish worship music.

It wouldn’t be a complete celebration without food, though, so before the sing-alongs, guests can nosh on kosher Jewish holiday bites, including cinnamon noodle kugel, latkes, jelly donuts and more. If you prefer a little more pep than what coffee can provide, “spirited libations” also will be available for purchase.

The mission of Without Walls is to provide programs and events that create an environment of inclusion and a feeling of belonging for all members of the community.
