Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art presents Halsey Talks

September 18, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm UTC+0

What happens when you take art out of the protection of museum walls and plexiglass cases? How does art exist in the public sphere?

Join us as we have a discussion on the nature of street art. Using the current exhibiting artist Hitnes and his public murals around the country as a springboard, we will consider how street art functions both inside and outside the art world.

Learn more about Hitnes’s murals here: http://www.hitnes.org
