A fundraising concert of Beethoven works performed by violinist and conductor Yuriy Bekker, concertmaster of Charleston Symphony Orchestra, who in addition to his illustrious orchestral career is renowned as a soloist and chamber musician; concert pianist, laureate of the Margueritte Long-Jacques Thibaud International Piano Competition in Paris, MACGC Music Director, Volodymyr Vynnytsky and cellist Natalia Khoma, laureate of Tchaikovsky International Competition in Moscow. The concert features ALL BEETHOVEN program: Variations in E Flat Major from Mozart’s opera Die Zauberflöte for cello & piano, as well as Piano Trio in B-flat major, Op. 97, Archduke Trio.
