Celebration of Circulo’s 48^th birthday and the Hispanic Heritage Month: Visit of Mayor John Tecklenburg, Presentation of the Dr. Carlos F. Salinas Award to a Hispanic/Latino student from Trident Technical College, Songs in Spanish by the Holy City Arts and Lyric Opera (HALO). This will be followed by a light reception.

Celebración: 48 años del Círculo Hispanoamericano de Charleston y el Mes de la Herencia Hispana: visita del alcalde John Tecklenburg, presentación del Premio Dr. Carlos F. Salinas a un estudiante de Trident Technical College, y presentación de Canciones en castellano por el grupo HALO (Holy City Arts and Lyric Opera).  A continuación, se ofrecerá una pequeña recepción.
