AFTC, Inc. is holding AUDITIONS for its 2019 MOJA Arts Festival production, Miss Dessa, written by Shirley Hardy-Leonard and directed by Art Gilliard.

Miss Dessa is a delightful comedy telling a story of the Warnette family and a challenge they faced, which many families face today: ways to get around inherited property that must be shared. In Miss Dessa, a greedy relative schemes to outwit the one wielding power, as custodian of the properties. This powerful and exciting comedy has lots of twists and turns that will have you chuckling out loud as the scenes progress. A wonderful story that includes love, passion, cheating and personal growth, and it is one the whole family can enjoy.
