Join the Charleston Academy of Music for their Benefit Concert Gala that will take place on Sunday, February 23, 5-7 pm at the Charleston Library Society Hall downtown Charleston. You will be in for a treat at this elegant Venetian Carnival Musical Soiree with festive atmosphere, captivating student performances, food and wine reception, the entertaining company of MC Larry Barnfield of Piccolo Spoleto Rising Stars concert series, and the silent auction which includes composer inspired masks designed by student contest winners. All proceeds go to the Academy’s scholarship fund which is used to provide access to music instruction and support for students who demonstrate financial need and/or merit.
