The Colour of Music Festival concludes with an ode to the Emanuel-9, its survivors and congregation of the Mother Emanuel AME Church, with a moving performance of Robert Nathaniel Dett’s Chariot Jubilee, Franz Joseph Haydn’s Nelson Mass and the premiere performance of Trevor Weston’s Unburied, Unmourned and Unmarked under the baton of Atlanta’s Morehouse College conductor David E. Morrow.
